Looking for a pet-friendly apartment community in San Diego, CA? Look no further than Terra at Mission Trails! As a pet-friendly community, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at Terra at Mission Trails. Now your pet can relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Pet Policy:

WE DO NOT HAVE BREED RESTRICTIONS!

Both cats and dogs are welcome with an additional security deposit ranging from $350 to $500 and monthly pet rent ranging from $40 to $70 per animal. A maximum of two pets are allowed per home. There is a weight limit of 85 pounds.

To provide residents with the most pet-friendly and pet-responsible experience, all pets and animals on the property must be accounted for, and all applicants/tenants must declare their animal status, formally acknowledge pet policies and confirming understanding of our community’s pet guidelines.
